Great location, close to town and easy parking on the road. the surroundings were peaceful and it was only a short walk to the sea. the annexe was well-equipped and had plenty of TVs with Netflix.
The spare bed's duvet was way too thick and hot for the warm weather during our Easter stay. It made sleeping uncomfortable.

Our week-long stay at the Annexe was thoroughly enjoyed. the accommodation was quiet, warm, and comfortable, with a lovely patio where we could enjoy breakfast while listening to the nearby babbling brook. We appreciated the helpfulness of Liz, the owner, who was always available and friendly. There was plenty to do in the area, from visiting the Minack Theatre to exploring coastal paths and enjoying the beaches. the apartment itself was in great condition, equipped with modern amenities, and the private balcony and garden were a definite highlight.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 😊.

We got amazing value for our money at this spotlessly clean and well-equipped hotel. The room had all the modern conveniences we needed, and the spectacular views were a bonus. The location was very central, close to supermarkets and the town. The owner, a lovely lady, was friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home.
The breakfast experience could be improved by adding more variety to the menu.

The decoration of the hotel was charming and cozy, making me feel right at home. The common areas were well-kept, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for all guests. As a senior woman, I found the accessibility of the hotel to be excellent. The staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort and were always available to assist me with any needs that I had. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, art galleries, and the beautiful beaches of Penzance. it was a delightful experience for me as a senior traveler.
If I had one small suggestion, it would be to have grab rails in the bathroom and other areas of the hotel to make it even more accommodating for seniors with mobility issues. While the children working there were extremely helpful and attentive, this small addition would provide extra support and peace of mind for older guests.

We enjoyed a week of peace and tranquility in a comfortable and well-decorated apartment. The private balcony and garden provided a beautiful outdoor space to relax. The location was ideal, with easy parking and close proximity to the town and various attractions in the area. We especially loved having breakfast on the patio, listening to the nearby babbling brook. The owner, Liz, was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions we had. We found plenty of things to do in and around Penzance, from visiting the Minack Theatre and NT properties to exploring the coastal paths and art galleries. The only minor downside was the thickness of the duvet on the spare bed, which was a bit too warm for the summer weather. However, this small issue did not dampen our overall wonderful experience. We highly recommend Rosalie Annexe for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Penzance.

The location was convenient, with easy parking on the road and close proximity to the town center and supermarkets. The peaceful atmosphere and short walk to the sea were also a plus.
Can't fault the property in any way.

During our recent stay, we were impressed by the exceptional quality of our accommodation at Rosalie Annexe. The annex itself was beautifully built and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable environment for our vacation. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed for a self-catering experience. The hosts, who also run the guest house, were fantastic and handled a small incident with grace and a smile. The location of the annex was perfect, as it was close to all the amenities we needed and just a short walk to the sea and town center. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony and overlooking the stream in the peaceful evenings. Additionally, the convenience of having plenty of TVs with Netflix allowed us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Despite a minor issue with the thickness of the spare bed duvet, our overall experience was truly wonderful, and we are already considering a return visit. Furthermore, being in proximity to the town of Penzance and having easy parking on the road made our stay even more enjoyable. With its four-star quality at very reasonable rates, we highly recommend Rosalie Annexe for small groups looking for a hidden gem in a beautiful destination. we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.
